This started off completely different than it ended up. I didn’t expect this piece to get so personal, but it did. I won’t bore you with the beginnings of this but the end result is my way of visualizing what it’s like to have social anxiety. I’m very outgoing both online and if I have to speak in front of large crowds, but otherwise, as many of you know… I’m a hermit. Sometimes, with social anxiety, you feel like you are in a fish bowl and everyone is looking in at you and you peer at them with one eye opened. You feel trapped and almost underwater where it’s murky and just odd feeling. It’s nice to get this one out.
